Casey Robert Deming was born in Litchfield, a small town in northwest Connecticut. Inspired by a deep desire to return to the seclusion that he finds in small towns as well as nature, Casey began photographing his explorations of the rural south with the intension to provoke a sense of isolation and abandonment.  His current work, “The Forgivable Landscape”, examines aspects of time, memory, and transient nature within the traditional photographic landscape.
